Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect information about your use of the Service, including VPS instance activity, resource consumption, and access logs.
Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.

Data stored on your VPS instances is your responsibility. We do not access, monitor, or inspect the contents of your VPS instances unless required for troubleshooting with your explicit consent, or as required by law. When a VPS instance is terminated, all associated data is permanently deleted.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
8. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.
